Distribution Policies

Payment Terms: Net 30 days, on approved credit or VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover are accepted. All items are F.O.B. shipping point.

Returned Goods Policy: Authorization must be received from Orthogroup, Inc., personnel, prior to the return of merchandise. Merchandise returned must have all manufacturers' seals intact and be received within 30 days of invoice date to be eligible for credit or replacement. Returned products are subject to a 20% restocking charge.
